The emphasis of the regularly changing menu is on fresh, seasonal produce, including game in season, local charcuterie and cheeses and fresh fish, all prepared with love and beautifully presented.
The comprehensive wine list includes an impressive selection of local Luxembourg Moselle wines, as well as classic grand crus and organic wines.
Guests on half-board packages enjoy a delicious five-course menu each evening.
