General principles

The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Luxembourg law of 1 August 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data collected and purposes

Contact form: the name, email address and message you send us are used solely to respond to your request. This data is kept for a maximum of three years after the last contact.

Reservations: reservations are processed via the external booking engine Lighthouse, acting as an independent provider. The data entered during a reservation is processed by this provider according to its own policy.

Traffic statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free audience measurement solution that collects no data that could identify you.

Table requests and newsletter: table reservation requests and newsletter sign-ups are stored in the website's secured management system. We use this data solely to handle your request or send you our newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time via info@hotel-brimer.lu.

Spam protection: to prevent abuse of our forms, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP address and browser characteristics) to determine whether a request is made by a human. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for more information.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@hotel-brimer.lu.
